[Xiangling's collection process is fairly simple; she gingerly grabs the stem before it splits and slices it in a clean diagonal cut with a trusty knife, placing the blossoms gently in a cloth satchel. She doesn't want to crinkle any of the petals, but it's also not a huge problem if some get a little bent, right?

Instead, her process is a little more judicious in terms of choosing which flowers to cut. She sniffs each one before she slices it, wanting fragrant blossoms for a richer taste, and avoiding any that look a little wilted under the warm Liyue sun.

She sits up from having crouched to slice another few blossoms as Lumine asks her question. Used... other than for cooking? People do that? Gosh, Lumine, you say the oddest things sometimes.
