Xiangling is usually very happy to give Guoba some of her food (it's how they've become so close, after all), but she'd really prefer to not have him eat her... special peppers. They probably don't have the same effect on creatures like him, but she loves Guoba and would really rather not find out what happens. She'll mix him a little salad or something with the rest of the chilis, it'll be fine.

She can't help but laugh a little at Keqing's question though as she starts laying down her stuff, placing a little roll down on which to rest her cooking tools. "Oh, that's right, we've never been out exploring together like this! No, we don't need to do something like that," she says, with a little wave of her hand. "Guoba's from out here in the wild, right? He likes going off and finding his own place to sleep. We probably won't see him again until the morning."

Sometimes he'll curl up with her - a nice warm presence in cold campsites - but he's got enough understanding to know that there are times when she wants it and times when she doesn't.

And this is definitely a night for privacy.
